On Tuesday, August 3, Chloe Head of Marketing at BSClaunch, hosted a live AMA (Ask Me Anything) with Nico Verderosa — CEO & Co-Founder of Kephi Gallery on BSClaunch Community Chat. He answered questions about the Kephi Gallery project, upcoming plans for Kephi Gallery, partnerships, and much more.

Could you introduce yourself to our community firstly?

Nico Verderosa | Kephi Gallery:

Sure! My name is Nicolás Verderosa, and I am the CEO of @KephiGallery. I have been working in cryptospace for almost two years now, advicing projects on business development and marketing, particularily in the LATAM region. Among some of the top positions I’ve held are: Head of Partnerships of PrimeXBT for LATAM, Head of Sales for Arum Trade for LATAM, Business Development Manager of Huobi Global in Argentina. Also, I have an artistic side, having produced and acted in theatre in Argentina. It only made sense to create an NFT gallery/marketplace, since crypto and art are two of my biggest passions.

Excellent! Could you explain a little about Kephi Gallery? We would like to know more about it and how it works?

Nico Verderosa | Kephi Gallery:

Kephi Gallery is cross-chain, low fees, NFT marketplace developed in Binance Smart Chain and KardiaChain where artists from different disciplines can get together and share (and monetize!) their work. From visual arts, to music, from movie clips to even theatre, every artist is welcome to mint their NFT and start trading their pieces of art.

The main problem with current NFT platforms are related to their development in the Ethereum blockchain, which translates to very high gas fees for artists and customers. This makes the NFT market in developing economies to be quite limited. And let´s all be honest, even if you can, no one wants to pay those high fees.

Both blockchains we chose are better in that sense, but focusing on KardiaChain; We have three main reasons: accessibility, cross-chain integration and lower fees. NFTs, minted on Kephi Gallery will use the KRC-721 standard and pay fees using KAI (which is x10,000 times cheaper than ETH). Other than that KardiaChain can approve 6000+ TPS, with 5s confirmation time.

Thanks for that info! Here’s another question. Can you share the achievements the team has made so far? What are the major achievement targets of Kephi Gallery to achieve?

Nico Verderosa | Kephi Gallery:

Of course. Since we are a new project, every step we take is a huge accomplishment.

But to sum it up, we obtained the first place on KardiaChain Pioneer Program with huge acceptance from that community and the judges too. We have built a big community ourselves in the past months (reaching now approx. 36K members in TG and TW).

We have partnered up with many important players in the crypto field, and specially the NFT gaming arena ( which is quite popular these days), like MyDefiPet and Faraland.

We have conducted a very succesful IFO on Kardiachain with +2100% over subscriotion (more than 6M USD commited!)

We listed on kaidex. io reaching ATH yesterday at 0.43 USD…And many more to come.

Could you please provide some info about your Roadmap and how Kephi Gallery is progressing so far?

Nico Verderosa | Kephi Gallery:

We have set up a very optimistic roadmap and have been keeping up to it very strictly. Currently the platform is under development and will be launched late Q3 early Q4. In fact, product development has speeded up, due to a very succesful private round, with big investors who pushed us that way.

For this Q, we will sign more partners, continue the development and prepare the field (and the market) for our launch.

Sounds great! Having more partners will help Kephi Gallery grow bigger and bigger. Let’s go with the last question of this segment

Why would you want IDO on BSClaunch? We can see here $KPHI are listed on KaiDEX and have a very good price compared to the token release price?

Nico Verderosa | Kephi Gallery:

That´s a very good question!

I’ve told you why we chose KardiaChain, for its superior tech, lower fees and cross-chain capabiities. But Binance Smart Chain is a world wide used blockchain. And if our motto is “Collectibles for all” we actually want to make that happen. BSC lets us go to a much bigger audience, and try to reach all 4 corners of the world with our platform.

We aim for mass adoption and for our platform to become one of the biggest ones. We are confident this will happen since we will offer many advantages to the ones that are in the market already. But it´s also worth noticing that we want to make it as seamless and simple as we can, so you don’t need to have a techy background to mint your artwork into NFTs.

The recent Kephi IFO from the Kardiachain ecosystem was a blast and IFO shoppers got eligible for exclusive NFT rewards. Would this be the same for Kephi in BSC or are the rewards exclusive only for the early IFO shoppers?

Nico Verderosa | Kephi Gallery:

Of course @_MrJinn !! We won’t make any differences between chians. IFO / IDO investors will be eligible to receive a very cool and exclusive NFT. Our art department is working on them, you guys will love it. And there won´t be any more of that kind, so you can consider them to be ultrarare.

Without proper marketing and capital infusion, the project dies, how do you convince us that KEPHI GALLERY project has adequate marketing power and capital to push this project to the top project?

Nico Verderosa | Kephi Gallery:

I could not agree more! I always say that marketing and development should go side by side.

As a matter of fact, I come from the marketing field, so I know that. With our private round we collected enough funds for product development, our IFO on KardiaChain brought more funds (which will go almost everything into marketing) and we are confident this IDO will also be very succesful.

Also we are backed by big private investors in LATAM who will not hesitate to inject more capital if needed. But rest assure marketing will be big.

Smart contracts are prone to failure and many projects fall victim to this, costing users money and the project discrediting. How reliable and secure is your smart contract?Have you audit it through any of the parties?

Yes @ManissLaris. In fact we had 3 audits. One internal of course, one from the KardiaChain team (they only list vetted projects) and one from RD Auditors. You can check out the result in our website and our Medium. We consider security to be of utmost importance, particularily in the DeFi arena.

We will also audit the smart contracts of the platform when they are done.

What sets Kephi Gallery apart from other NFT Marketplaces? Do you have/will you have any feature that is new to the market?

Nico Verderosa | Kephi Gallery:

I’ve already gotten into one of the main reasons, lower fees and cross-chain capabilities. Aside from that we will list all branches of the arts, not only images or gifs. Videos, music, poetry, any sort of artwork will have it´s place in our platform. And without any restrictions too, just connect your Metamask or KardiaChain wallet and you will be ready to mint your art.

We also have a partnership that will be announced soon, that will let users take loans with collateral in crypto to buy NFTs, so if you don´t want to spend your crypto, you can simply go through that, directly from our partners site.

Also, the Latin American arena (which will be our primary objective but not the only one) is prone to take us on high regard because the field is quite virgin.

We will also offer incentives for KPHI holders to hold their tokens, with a Loyalty Program which will be quite huge!

Collaborations and partnerships are some of the most important cornerstones to help improve adoption. Could you please tell us about the current partners, plans for partnerships and what everybody stands to gain from these partnerships?

Nico Verderosa | Kephi Gallery:

Well I mentioned two already MyDefiPet and Faraland, from the NFT games field. We are in conversation with more NFT games projects and we will be announcing more partnerships soon. We also have one of the biggest Latin American influencers as a partner (Genera Tu Sueldo), a great media partner (BeInCrypto), and a novelty project called Beer Money (quite big in Latin America as well. Of course KardiaChain and BecoSwap (the IFO/farming platform where we launched), and UTU which is an oracle solution for better user experience and trustworthy ranks.

In all of them we have different ideas on what we can gain

UTU will bring trust. DPET and FARA will be able to list their pets and items in our site on special featured collections.

Of course influencers and media partners will help with the reach.

And we have many more down the pipeline that we will be announcing soon to cover other areas.

Do you have any Coin Burn / BuyBack systems or any $Token Burn plans to increase the value of Token & attract Investors to invest?

So let me tell you about our token a little bit…

We have basically two programs, one in which we will award buyers/sellers of NFTs on a periodic basis by giving them KPHI (which we call “marketplace mining”

And the Loyalty Program, which encourages people to stake or use their KPHI (hence increasing demand in market).

Benefits will go from:

NFT Airdrops

Special profile frames (to make your artwork standout)

Appear on KEPHI’S own collection

Does your project also provide a platform for Dex, STAKING and Farming in future plans? To increase profits for token holders?When do you think of integrating other blockchain into the project like BSC, HECO? Any plans for higher coverage?

Nico Verderosa | Kephi Gallery:

I am one to think that projects should specialize and release the best product in one area that they can. Of course we will expand and offer more products related to the original, like the ones you mention here. But I think this is best done through partners that already do that. For instance DEX (we have Kaidex and we will list on Pancakeswap). Farming we already have two platforms that offer that on KardiaChain (BecoSwap and Defily), and we are talking to BSC farming platforms as well)

We will always think about KPHI investors and try to bring as many opportunities for them as we can

Is it true that Kephi Gallery basically building a cross-chain NFT DEX? Tell us more about this.

Elaborate us Kephi Gallery strategies to make more valuable in terms of increasing the number of users.
Also, what apps are Kephi Gallery integrating to expand the ecosystem ?..

Nico Verderosa | Kephi Gallery:

Yes you can say that we are essentially a cross-chain NFT DEX

Kardiachain is an interoprable non-invasive blockchain. This means that it connects to other blockchains without them having to do anything or change anything. They do this through their patent-pending dual nodes technology.

and we will be using that in our NFT marketplace. This means that you will be able to sell your NFTs with any coin / token that is currently connected to KardiaChain.

Community support is one of the biggest aspects of a project’s success. Most projects have programs that interact with their users. Does you have any special plans to attract and expand the community and improve the user exKephi Galleryence?

Nico Verderosa | Kephi Gallery:

We consider community to be one of the biggest pillars of any project.

We have a big community for our young age, and a faithful one too. We launched an Official Ambassadors program to call for those loyal followers to help out with the core team in different areas. And that program is always open for individuals that fit the profile.

What are your plans on GLOBAL adoption? Which country is presently focused on ??

Nico Verderosa | Kephi Gallery:

I’ve already said something about this, but would take the opportunity to expand.

Our main focus will be Latin America (this is why our site and news are both in English and Spanish, and we also have a spanish TG)

But we won’t neglect other parts of the world. In fact, a high percentage of our early investors are from the South East Asia region. A lot of our partners are based there as well. So, we will think big, have the global picture in mind always, but we will not miss the opportunity to attack the Latin American market which is prone to accept us with open arms.
