1. PROJECT OVERVIEW
At the beginning of 2022, when there was a shortage of OTAs (booking services) in Russia, we decided to strengthen our website and tried to figure out how to increase the LTV (return rate) of customers so that they would always book hotels only with us.
We came up with a loyalty system that gives not just a trivial 10–15–20% cashback, but one that will produce a miracle effect and return all the money spent to customers. We decided to share the profits with our users and came up with a multi-level system of algorithms, thinking of behavioral factors, elements of the pension system, engagement and activity factors, which distributes points in such a way as to provide 100% cashback to each member in stages. We saw good business results, LTV increased 5 times, and our hotels were fully loaded through our website. So, we decided to turn it into a booking service and connect other hotels there. A new subsidiary company is opening for the operational management of the project in Russia.
2. GO-TO-MARKET STRATEGY
We already have 350,000 users who know our hotel chain and have stayed with us. We have partnered with an international hotel hub and connected 1.8 million hotels worldwide. We will use marketing in social networks and buy paid search traffic We will spend up to 20% of the project’s revenue on marketing.

1. TOKEN UTILITIES
The token has two primary uses.
1 — receipt in the form of cashback by users of the service and use it to pay for bookings.
2 — investment in a token to receive income from price growth.
When users receive cashback as a token, they cannot sell them to the market and lower the price. The service itself buys tokens for cashback for users for the project’s revenue and to keep them in its pool. When a user decides to spend tokens on a booking, the pool burns those tokens (does not sell). Thus, the circulation of tokens will decrease all the time, and the price will rise.
Those who invest in a token outside the ecosystem can sell and buy tokens at any time and take part in the growth in the price of the token, which is formed due to the purchase of tokens by the project for cashback.
