AMA Recap: WingStep x BSClaunch
On Wednesday, May 8th, Chloe - BSClaunch’s Head of Marketing hosted a live AMA (Ask Me Anything) on BSClaunch Community with Ms. Gracy — CM of WingStep.
During this AMA, she answered questions about the WingStep project, as well as shared about upcoming plans, partnerships, and more.
This blog post includes a recap of the live AMA session and features the questions asked by community members, list of winners, along with the Q&A segment with Ms. Gracy.

Question #1:
We will love to know about your role and day to day work experience in the project?
Ms. Gracy’s answer:
- Hi BSClaunch Community. I’m Gracy — CM of WingStep. It’s my pleasure to be here and answer all the questions of the AMA today. Hope it helps you to better understand WingStep!
- From the day WingStep was founded until now, my role is to build and manage the community for the project.
- My team and I will update the latest information about the project, organize online and offline events to spread the project to target markets. WingStep is about to IDO on different platforms, so our team is also working tirelessly for the best results for the project.
Question #2: Coming to project
Can you tell us all more about the project, the idea, how it started? and especially why it’s needed?
Ms. Gracy’s answer:
- WingStep is a Web3-based fitness and health tracking mobile app with integrated NFT gaming and social media elements. We seek a balance between health, wealth, and social interaction and convert millions of the non-crypto runners, gymers to the crypto players and offset carbon.
- Move2earn is currently the most prominent trend in the current blockchain market. And you know, one of the factors that helped Korea develop into what it is today is because the government is very focused on the health of Koreans.
- Not out of that desire, we developed this project not only to improve the health of Koreans and give people the motivation to pay attention to physical activities to improve health. We believe that with our development plan, WingStep will spread its influence to the international market.
Question #3:
Can you tell community about tokenomics, tokenutility and TGE?
Ms. Gracy’s answer:
- In WingStep, we have 2 kinds of tokens. $WST is the governance token used in WINGSTEP’s operations and outside Wingstep ecosystem.
Total Supply: 500,000,000
You can earn $WST from: Staking, farming in DeFi Zone; Sell NFTs in the Marketplace; earn from Happy Box and SocialFi. $WST is used for: Fees for processing transactions; Mint, Repair, upgrade NFTs, Unlock Gem Socket, Buy energy; Staking, Farming in DeFi Zone; Buy NFTs in the Marketplace; Convert $WSS into $WST to perform liquidity; Governance vote to determine the development game features, roadmap…
- Besides $WST, we also have $WSS token. $WSS is the in-game token, easily concerted into $WST to perform liquidity. You can earn $WSS from: Game Modes (Personal Mode, Party mode, Arena, Mission, Weekly Pass); Create the content on SocialFi; Happy Box; Staking, Farming in DeFi zone. And use $WSS for: Reward content creators on SocialFi; Staking, Farming in DeFi zone.

Question #1:
Do you intend to sell NFT? How may NFTs be employed, and what are the advantages for their owners? How do I get involved in WingStep INO?
Ms. Gracy’s answer:
- Regarding to the NFT: When you own NFT Sneakers and by walking, running and exercising, you will earn crypto and other NFTs in the game play, the items earned can be used for in-game activities or cashed out for profit
- In WingStep, NFT Sneakers are 5 levels of rarity: Trial; Special; Unique; Noble; Universe. And each has its different stats that determine its performance and productivity. The higher the rarity and the stats are, the more you earn.

Question #2:
Many move to earn games have been released in a short period of time. What distinguishes your project from others?
Ms. Gracy’s answer:
WingStep makes the different with other move-to-Earn projects in terms of:
- Non -VC funding rounds, we takes the community focused strategy.
- WingStep’s outstanding features that make users balance between health, wealth and social interaction.
✔️ Five game modes : Personal mode, Party mode, Arena, Weekly Pass, Mission,
✔️ SocialFi : WEB3 social platform with NFT integration, focusing on sharing content. Users can mint an article then assign it to a standalone NFT, earn rewards from their fans, etc.…
✔️ DeFi Zone: users earn passive income via staking WST, WSS, and Farming NFTs.
✔️ In — app Marketplace
✔️ Internal wallet & Blockchain wallet
✔️ NFT Sneakers, Gem Socket and badges - Token &NFT deflationary mechanism:
✔️ DeFi Zone is well designed to continuously increase the TVL to keep the balanced economy
✔️WST is used as fees for processing transactions, operations in WingStep, and we burn all WST token fees from in-game activities (Except buying NFTs)
✔️DeFi Zone: It is compulsory to lock $WST/ $WSS in 3 months to receive the NFT box reward and stake NFT Sneaker in the same duration to receive token rewards.
✔️Minting NFTs: merging 2 NFTs of the same rarity to obtain 1 new NFT of the same or higher rarity (see the ratio in the whitepaper). The NFT minting costs $WST. the two original NFT Sneakers are burned.
✔️NFT Sneakers are required to be upgraded, repaired after a certain using period. Those tasks cost $WST.
✔️AFK mechanism (Punishment) reduces the durability of that NFT Sneaker by 25% when the user doesn’t use Sneaker for a certain time.. It encourages users to practice very often and have to repair their sneakers often which costs WST.
✔️NFT Sneaker can be ONLY sold on the Marketplace when it reaches the certain levels, depending on their rarity/ stats (see our whitepaper)
Question #3:
What should I do if I wish to participate in the game? What is your method of getting money? Is there any advice for beginner gamers?
Ms. Gracy’s answer:
- To join WingStep, just very simple steps to join
1️⃣ Download the WingStep app.
2️⃣Register a new account with email an password
3️⃣Connect your wallet or skip this step.
4️⃣Buy a pair of NFT sneakers or use the NFT for free.
5️⃣Experience the app and start working out
Regarding to earning mechanism, WINGSTEP diversifies the earning models to optimize benefits for its users:
- 🔸Move-To-Earn modes: Five game modes includes Personal, Party, Arena, Mission, and Weekly Pass. Equip NFT Sneakers that fit your fitness level, move outdoors with GPS and internet, burn your energy and earn $WSS & other NFTs. Essential tips are that you can increase their ability to make more rewards by owning more NFT Sneakers of higher rarity or more quantity.
- 🔸DeFi Zone allows to safely earn passive income by staking, farming $WST,$WSS, and NFT Sneakers in 3 months. It also helps increase TLV and reduce the circulation of tokens and NFTs, increasing their value.
- 🔸SocialFi encourages you to have more social interaction and get valuable rewards by sharing your fitness journey contents, locating treasures, searching for other WingStep users in the marked range, etc.
Question #4:
It is critical to attract new users and players to the game. There is also a sizable gaming audience that is unfamiliar with the crypto and blockchain industries. What is your marketing strategy for gaining more users and true gamers who will stick with the project in the long run?
Ms. Gracy’s answer:
- Since WingStep is a GameFi project related to Move2earn, our plan is to attract users who are interested in physical activity, want to improve their health, and earn money at the same time.
- To carry out this plan, our development roadmap has been clearly outlined here:
✔️Deploy application systems connected to sport bands.
✔️Implement social networking platform inside the application.
✔️Introduce limited NFTs with Sport Band free shipping worldwide.
✔️Conduct a special NFT sale and ship the Sport Band to its owner after purchase.
✔️Establish offline health clubs in countries: Korea, Japan, Vietnam, China, Singapore, Netherlands, UK, Switzerland, USA, Australia…
✔️Negotiate with Xiaomi about tracking sensor attached to Sneaker to collab produce WingStep Smart Shoe products.
Question #5:
What are your thoughts on inflation? Many gamefi struggled with this issue and eventually failed. How will Wingstep handle this?
Ms. Gracy’s answer:
- It is true that fighting token inflation is a very important factor in deciding whether this GameFi will go with users in the long run. In fact, WingStep already has a plan for this through token buring; token staking and token usage.

📌SEGMENT 3 | Free-asking from the community
Question #1:
Revenue is an Paramount aspect of all projects necessary to survive and maintain the project long term. What is revenue model for long-term sustainability of the WingStep ecosystem?
Ms. Gracy’s answer:
- Regarding to REVENUE STREAM, Fist phase of project launch: Revenue comes from NFT selling, Market Making, Transaction fees. The 2nd phase of project growth: limited NFTs with Sport Band free shipping worldwide, Smart Watch product that integrates WingStep and NFT apps.
- About REVENUE DISTRIBUTION, 80% of the revenue used for the project’s Finance activities , 10% for Marketing activities, 10% for development team.

Question #2:
Are you going to list token on another exchange?
Ms. Gracy’s answer:
- WST token will be listed on Pancakeswap on June 11th, 2022.
- We are working with other centralized exchanges as well. The detail will be revealed soon on our official channels 💪
Question #3:
Move-to-earn is trending in the crypto market, so does WingStep have any anti-cheat mechanism?
Ms. Gracy’s answer:
- To track your workout, we have developed an in-app tracker where the user has to manually start and end the activity. We will use GPS, motion sensor and gyroscope to track your activity data accurately.
- In the upgraded version, users, when using sports bands or smartwatches, can receive better rewards.
- In the app’s beta, we will launch the following activities: Running; Jogging; Step Counting. And those actions must be done outdoors for better GPS connection. After a workout, we’ll show you data on: Distance Steps, speed, workout time, calories burned and rewards…
Question #4:
What are your future plan and event to make this NFT more valuable?
Ms. Gracy’s answer:
- The current value of NFTs gives you an extra incentive to own and use them during your workout. However, in later stages of development, WingStep shoes will be used to participate in other sports activities such as Cycling, Gym, Golf, and Tennis.
- And according to our roadmap, in the future we will have a plan to cooperate with other famous brands, which will also help increase the value of NFT.
- For example: Introduce limited NFTs with Sport Band free shipping worldwide; Negotiate with Xiaomi about tracking sensors attached to Sneaker to collaborate produce WingStep Smart Shoe products, etc
Question #5:
The partnership is always an important factor for every project. So who is your partner? What are the benefits you get from those relationships?
Ms. Gracy’s answer:
- Besides the partnership with BSClaunch, we have also established strategic partnerships with BSCSstation, BinStarter, KingdomStarter, NFTb, DareNFT, BinStarter, FAM Central; and media partnerships with CoinLAB; Redhood,… We appreciate these relationships, and hope that this cooperation will contribute to the development of both sides.
