I. PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Monopolist is based on the Monopoly board game, which has been around for over 100 years. We create the new version with updated images from today’s pop culture, yet stellar graphics, with a variety of characters and items in-game. Moreover, our Monopolist has many tournaments and activities held every month with an attractive prize up to thousands of dollars.

The Monopolist is a Play-Learn-Earn game. The players will build their tactics through rolling dice, investing in buying land, building properties, collecting accommodation fees, and winning the others in various ways. When you become the winner of any battles, you will earn $MONO and $MOB token, especially having chances to receive new characters, materials, or items, which you can bring to the NFT market for real money exchange.

II. GO-TO-MARKET STRATEGY

Throughout the project, we will integrate multiple marketing campaigns to promote The Monopolist.

In the early stage, our marketing plan is to attract & educate early investors and players with the potential of the project and the market, giving them a general background on the game, our core values, earning mechanism, etc. During this phase, we have an in-house content, media & design team to build our communities and support the constant flow of interactions on social media.

Prior to IDO, we focused on cross-marketing via many campaigns with partnered VCs. Each VC has its communication channels to spread our partnership announcement and promote the project within their communities. In addition, we have airdrop campaigns and will continue to host Gleam campaigns with some of our strategic partners.

Besides, we are also working with agencies in media for press releases, booking KOLS on Youtube, TikTok,… AMAs on our partners’ channels as well as our own to address possible concerns about the project.

After IDO, we will collaborate on our manga series based on the characters in the game. Each would have its own background story, plot & character development. This partnership is promised to be fascinating, unique while blowing a breath of fresh air into the various traditional ways of marketing we have observed on the market.

As the test-net and main-net loom in late November and December, respectively, we will have Lootbox Events, Tournaments, live streaming with KOLs,… to continue our promotion and encourage community members to participate.
